Business software configuration studio EST. 2026

Your software, finally working the way your team does.

Tekvanta Logic is a small configuration studio. We set up the business apps you already own, untangle the workflows between them, write plain-language procedures, and stay close while your team gets comfortable.

Introduction

The unglamorous part of software, done well.

A short introduction to who we are, how we work, and the things we deliberately stay away from.

Tekvanta Logic started in 2026 with a simple observation: most companies do not need more software. They need the software they already pay for to behave. Half-used CRMs, confusing defaults, spreadsheets shadowing real tools - that quiet gap is where we work.

We are a small team of configuration specialists. We sit with your staff, watch how work really flows between applications, tidy up workspaces and defaults, then write everything down as clear step-by-step procedures. No new platforms to buy, no migrations to survive.

Tekvanta Logic, a three-person studio
  1. 01 Start from what you have We configure standard business applications instead of replacing them. Your existing tools, finally shaped around your real processes.
  2. 02 Plain language everywhere Every procedure we write reads like a friendly checklist, not a manual. If a new hire cannot follow it, we rewrite it.
  3. 03 Small steps, visible results We work in short iterations and remove the most annoying manual actions first, so the value is felt within weeks.
  4. 04 Stay until it sticks Configuration is only half the job. We help your team get comfortable with onboarding materials and follow-up support.

Our process

A calm path from first call to clean handover.

Five short phases designed to respect your time. No long contracts, no surprise scope - just a clear sequence your team can follow from day one.

  1. 01
    Week 0

    Listen and observe

We sit with a few team members, watch how work really moves between apps, and write down what causes friction. No assumptions, just notes.

    • Real usage map
    • Pain points list
  2. 02
    Week 1

    Design the workflow

We sketch a cleaner sequence between the tools you already use and agree with you on which manual steps to eliminate first.

    • Approved flow diagram
    • Priority checklist
  3. 03
    Weeks 1-2

    Configure and tune

We open each application, set up user workspaces, adjust defaults, and connect integrations. Everything is reversible and documented as we go.

    • Configured apps
    • Rollback plan
  4. 04
    Week 2

    Write the procedures

Every workflow becomes a short plain-language guide with screenshots. New hires can follow them without asking a colleague.

    • SOP library
    • Onboarding kit
  5. 05
    Week 3+

    Train and hand over

Short sessions with your team, recorded walkthroughs, and a quiet period where we stay reachable for questions. Then we step back.

    • Trained team
    • 30-day follow-up

Timelines are typical for a team of 5-15 people using 3-6 standard business apps. Larger scopes are split into smaller, independently delivered phases.

Why choose us

Small on purpose, sharp where it counts.

We are not the biggest option and we do not try to be. Here is exactly what a three-person configuration studio gives you - and how that differs from a typical vendor.

We configure what you already own

No new platforms to buy, no migrations to survive. Your existing standard applications, shaped around how your team actually works.

0 new licenses to buy

One point of contact

The specialist who maps your workflows is the same person who configures, writes, and trains. No handoffs, no ticket queue.

0 person owns your project

Guides people actually read

Every procedure is a short plain-language checklist with screenshots. If a new hire cannot follow it alone, we rewrite it.

0 minute median read time

We stay until it sticks

Configuration is only half the job. After handover we remain reachable for a month while your team builds muscle memory.

They did not sell us anything new. They made our CRM and task tracker finally talk to each other and wrote down how it works. Monday reporting went from two hours to twenty minutes.

I expected the guides to sit unread like every manual before them. Instead new hires follow them on day one. I still reread the refunds procedure myself, and I wrote nothing there.

Small team, one contact, no jargon. When something felt wrong mid-project they told us straight and adjusted both the scope and the invoice. That honesty is rare.

Software

Almost certainly not. We work with the standard business applications you already license and configure their built-in features around your processes. If a gap truly cannot be closed with existing tools, we say so before any work starts - and we never earn from reselling software.

Timeline

A single service usually takes two to three weeks for a team of five to fifteen people. The full bundle runs about five weeks. Anything larger is split into smaller phases, so you see finished, usable results every week instead of one big reveal at the end.

Pricing

Each service has a fixed price agreed before we start, based on the number of applications and people involved. There are no subscriptions and no hourly meter running in the background. The bundle costs less than the sum of its parts because the discovery work is shared.

Documentation

We draft every guide in plain language with screenshots, then your team validates it by actually following it while we watch. If someone gets stuck, we rewrite the guide, not the person. Most guides take about five minutes to read from start to finish.

Support

You get thirty days of included follow-up: questions by email, short calls, and small configuration tweaks while the team builds habits. After that you can book occasional check-in sessions at a plain hourly rate - or nothing at all, which is what most clients choose.

Boundaries

Cybersecurity monitoring, telecommunications, payment processing, server hosting, financial technology and anything involving client funds. These need licensed specialists and we would rather refer you out than pretend. Everything inside standard business apps is fair game.
